This product adopts advanced water based envirmentalfriendly technology to be more envirmental
 protection and the film performs better compared to pitch and oil based chassis elatomer.
Targeted to middle and highclass vechicles for household and business purpose,It is mainly 
used for chassis antirustiness,anticollision,prolong chassis lifespan provide heat and sound
 insulation and improve comfortable feeling while sitting in the vehicle. it also can be applied 
for leak blockage of building,household facilities,house roof and toilet,ect.

 

Directions for use

1)Be sure that areas to sprayed are free of all dirt,grease and rust scale.Also make sure that 
the sureface is toroughly dry before application to ensure best adhesion and protection.

2)tighten body nuts and bolts

3)cover the rest parts(such as vent-pipe,engine,radiator etc,).rigorously.

4) shake this product well about 2 minutes before using,then open the cover of can and remove
 the seal,then fix the special designed spray gun onto the mouth.

5) spray in a slow steady stroke once across and back to obtain1/8 inch(3.2mm)coating thickness .hold the gun approximately 12 inches(30.5cm) away from the surface being sprayed.

6) air pressure to the gun should be 60-70psi(4.22-4.92kgf/cm2)

7)for better result ,three time of spray is needed.after the first time ,you should flatten 
and fill the cracks and caves with metal seal-gue,every interval should be not less than 15minuts.best noise insulation effect need more than 
1.5mm thickness 

8) the producet will be dry to touch in 2hours and will permit driving of the car within 4 hours 
depending on humidity and release of solvent.

 

Safety measure

1. Keep container tightly closed and in a well ventilated place.

2. keep away from heat,keep away from sources of ignition-no smoking

3. do not breathe vapor.use only in well ventilated areas.avoid contact with the skin and eyes

4. better have a trivial spray if you use the product first time to confirm the best operating method.
